GRAFMETAL silver based conductive adhesive allows you to repair or create conductive paths. Single container has a weight of 2 g of adhesive (0.72 ml). Main applications of the product:

- Repair of rear window heating

- Repair of conductive paths

- Repair of PCB boards

- Alternative for metallization of through-holes of PCB boards

Manual:

1. Clean thoroughly the place to which the product will be applied

2. Mix the adhesive in the container

3. Apply the adhesive to the desired place in a form of a very thin layer and wait for it to dry. Apply another layer after drying if necessary. Proper conductivity is achieved when drying is complete.

Additional tips:

- Using the masking tape before applying may be helpful

- If the adhesive is applied to vertical surfaces, it is recommended to apply several thinner layers to avoid dripping

- If the applied layer does not have sufficient conductivity, it is recommended to thicken it

Yield: up to 40 cm of 3 mm wide path, layer thickness after drying 0.2 mm.

Resistivity determined experimentally: 11 μΩ⋅m (20°C), 5,6 μΩ⋅m (90°C) 

Maximum use temperature: 70°C (158°F) continuous, 90°C (194°F) short term. 

GRAFMETAL conductive adhesive can also be used for making electric connections via PCB through-holes in two-sided boards. It is an alternative for a complex process of through-holes metallization. Below you can see that a measurement of electric resistivity (after drying) for a single hole gives the same result of resistance as for a meter taken alone. 

For the preparation of the product, slow-drying solvents are used so that the product does not dry out in the packaging. We are the manufacturer, we have the ability to customize the preparation.
